VitalLaunch

VitalLaunch is a 10-week medically based program with instruction on sound nutrition, integrated exercise training and behavior change. The program is completed in a group setting to promote synergistic energy of group accomplishment in developing a healthy lifestyle through positive behavioral change. Focus is on 5 keystone habits: carb counting, exercise planning, journaling, adequate sleep, and stress management. Tools to assist in the application of information are included such as meal ideas, ingredient swaps, healthy pantry suggestions, food labels, detailed exercise plans and interval training. Participants will exercise at 24 of the 26 sessions. There is a spotlight on application of information to individual lifestyles under the guidance of a specially trained coach. Medical oversight is provided.

 

Who should attend:  Anyone struggling with OR wishing to avoid obesity, fatigue, depression, high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, diabetes, high triglycerides, arthritis, gout, asthma, heart disease and other chronic health problems.

 

Program includes pre- and post-blood work, pre- and post-biometrics (body fat %, BMI, blood pressure, height, weight and resting HR), 26 Small Group Personal Training Sessions, 3 days-per-week of nutrition education, weekly weigh-in and food journaling check-ups, plus an extensive training and nutrition manual.

VitalLaunch EXPRESS is also a 10-week medically based program with instruction on sound nutrition, and behavior change. Like VitalLaunch this program is completed in a group setting to promote synergistic energy of group accomplishment in developing a healthy lifestyle through positive behavioral change as well. Focus is on 5 keystone habits: carb counting, exercise planning, journaling, adequate sleep, and stress management. EXPRESS provides tools to assist in the application of information such as meal ideas, ingredient swaps, healthy pantry suggestions, food labels, and detailed exercise plans. There is a spotlight on application of information to individual lifestyles under the guidance of a specially trained coach. Medical oversight is provided.
