VitalSigns High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
VS HIIT is an hour-long high intensity interval training class. This class is for both men and women. The format is designed to enhance muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. The class is broken down into 15 minutes of active warm-up, 30 minutes of high-intensity exercises and 15 minutes of cool-down and recovery. Exercises will include dynamic bodyweight, resistance tubing, stability balls, plyo-boxes and free-weight equipment. This class is taught by VS instructors specializing in this type of training format.
