Matt Rogers- Director of Corporate Wellness
Matt, a native Floridian originally from Miami, moved to Knoxville with his family to start a new chapter in life last fall. He moved from Naples where he most recently held a position as a Health Advocate/Fitness Coach with a local sheriff’s office.
Matt currently serves as the Director of Corporate Wellness and Business Operations for VitalSigns and has been with the company for one year. He is passionate about helping and motivating people to achieve their wellness dreams and becoming great stewards of their body and mind. His desire with everyone he works with is for them to achieve health peace.
Matt holds a B.S. in Sports and Fitness from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree in applied Exercise Physiology also from the same institution. He is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and holds an Exercise is Medicine Level 2 credential also through ACSM. Additionally, he is CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association. He holds multiple FEMA certificates with a diversified scope including leadership, communication, and problem solving. He has over fifteen years of experience in the health and wellness industry serving in many different capacities.
Matt enjoys spending time with his family, reading, drinking coffee, and tinkering in the garage. He has been married to his wife, Nichole, for eight years and has two wonderful children.
