SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Come experience the VitalFIT difference with our VitalFIT classes. All classes are 8 weeks in length and each phase builds off the preceding phase. The total length is six months and a participant could cycle through all three phases twice in a twelve month period.
- Phase 1 Metabolic Stabilization – utilizes the sandbag for Dynamic Variable Resistance training with the goal to help participants develop good stability and a sound foundation.
- Phase 2 Functional Strength – the goal is the build functional strength, therefore, 70-80% of each class is focused on strength-building and learning how to perform functional movements well.
- Phase 3 Dynamic Power – emphasizes the rate at which movements are performed well rather than the weight movements are performed with and incorporates more diverse sets of exercises with the goal of transferring that to real-world activities.
