We provide a variety of personal training options for members. We offer one-on-one and small group (1-4 people) options with pricing for one-half to one-hour sessions. Our highly trained exercise specialists have access to our physicians and other industry experts to customize a program to meet your specific needs.

VS CIRCUIT ($17/class – no membership) SIGN UP

VS CIRCUIT is an hour-long circuit style format. The class is for both men and women.  Increased muscular strength, endurance and flexibility will be the goal. Exercises will include bodyweight, resistance tubing, stability balls, plyo-boxes and machines. This class is taught by VS instructors specializing in this type of training format. The class is for individuals 18 years of age of older.

VS HIIT ($17/class – no membership) SIGN UP

VS HIIT is an hour-long high intensity interval training class. This class is for both men and women.  The format is designed to enhance muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. The class is broken down into 15 minutes of active warm-up, 30 minutes of high-intensity exercises and 15 minutes of cool-down and recovery.  Exercises will include dynamic bodyweight, resistance tubing, stability balls, plyo-boxes and free-weight equipment. This class is taught by VS instructors specializing in this type of training format. The class is for individuals 18 years of age of older.
