Hobbies & Interests

Spending time with my husband and three kiddos.  We also have a Bernedoodle named River.  We love baseball, swim, attending UT sporting events, movie nights, anything outdoors.  My favorite physical activities include running and resistance training.  I also love to cook and host friends and family in our home.  We are actively involved at Immanuel Church.  It is a joy and passion of mine to partner with people on their journey towards health and wellness.  I love working WITH my clients to establish their goals, tailored made.  I may bring the science and suggestions, but firmly believe it must match the lifestyle and motives of the individual.  I am thankful to the Lord for this opportunity and am humbled to have learned from the best, Dr. Randy Pardue.
