In addition to some nutrition changes at home, I have mixed up the exercise routine as well. If you are hitting a weight loss plateau, one of the first places to look is VARIETY in your food and exercise.

It will not disappoint. And like everything else, it will get easier (and less awkward) every time you go.

 

Monday and Thursday 6:30PM

Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 AM

 

$25/ month for unlimited classes for members (membership- $25/ month)

$5/ class for members (membership $25/ month)

$7/ class for nonmembers

Childcare is available for $2/child. Need to reserve before class (preferably the day before but morning of is ok too) – 865- 249-7566
