This 10 week class is a medically supervised exercise and education program designed to take the deconditioned individual and teach them to realize their personalized wellness objectives. Pre and post session assessments, resistance/cardiovascular/flexibility training, and comprehensive instruction on wellness issues such as nutrition, stress, healthy habits, accountability, injury prevention, back pain, and motivation are all components of VitalSigns Core. Each VitalSigns Core class incorporates 45 minutes of fitness training and 15 minutes of classroom time using a curriculum of core wellness principles.
This 12 week class is a medically supervised exercise program designed to build upon the foundational exercise principles covered in VitalSigns Core. Individuals who have completed the VitalSigns Core program or who have a good foundation of fitness and nutrition are ideal candidates for VitalSigns Express.
VitalSigns Fit Families
VitalSigns Fit Families introduces teams of family members to education and lifestyle changes. Our goal is to redirect the typical food-focused culture of inactivity to one of wellness. Through accountability and education, this program will train participants to incorporate healthy lifestyle choices such as weight loss, physical activity and proper eating habits into their daily lives. Teams can be made up of a child and a parent, grandparent or mentor.
Take your fitness to a new level of intensity in this 12 week program. Challenge yourself alongside other men in an hour long session designed with a personal training format. Free weights, machines, tubing and stability balls are all utilized in this challenging group session. Special topics of focus include endurance, improving flexibility, and men’s nutrition.
VitalSigns Women caters to women looking for a challenging workout in a group personal training format. Utilizing a variety of equipment, VitalSigns Women focuses on improving overall body strength, balance, and toning.

VitalSigns wellness consultations provide the accountability and knowledge needed to make sustainable lifestyle changes. SPINECamp was created by a team composed of the physicians from Trinity Medical Associates, manual therapists from Results Physiotherapy, and fitness professionals at VitalSigns. It was created specifically to reduce back pain, improve range of motion and posture, strengthen the back, and teach participants valuable self-management techniques. SPINECamp was designed to encompass healing, wellness, and education, in order to keep you moving!

SAQ is small group training for teens, designed to develop athleticism while focusing on sport-specific activities. Drills include ladder work, hurdles, weight training and plyometrics. The goal is to increase power, speed, agility and quickness.
VS KIDS is a three times a week hour long program from 3:30-4:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at the Hardin Valley facility where kids ages 5-12 are taught exercise and physical education skills. We designed this program to help public and private school kids have more opportunities for activity and allow home school children a chance to fulfill their PE requirements as well.
Classes are taught by VitalSigns staff who have special experience and guidance from Trinity Medical Associates Family Physicians and Pediatricians in helping children achieve their healthy potential.
Classes are $5 a session. At least one parent or guardian needs stay on site during the hour. We encourage them to exercise on their own with membership or join in with their children.
